Plugin privacy policy

This policy explains how Rewire Brains handles information in connection with the Rewire Brains Affiliate Copy plugin and this privacy-policy website. The plugin helps affiliates write and review marketing copy, plan campaigns, and ask questions about our products.

1. Information used in a plugin conversation

You may provide prompts, marketing drafts, affiliate links, documents, or other information in your conversation. That information may contain personal details if you choose to include them.

The OpenAI service processes the conversation and uses the plugin's instructions and summaries to produce an answer. Rewire Brains does not receive, collect, or store your prompts, uploaded files, generated answers, quiz answers, account credentials, or payment information through this version of the plugin. Installing the plugin does not give us access to your chat history or device files.

The plugin does not connect to a Rewire Brains API, send information to an affiliate platform, create tracking links, or monitor campaign performance. Other tools or connections you separately choose to use are subject to their own permissions and policies.

OpenAI's processing, retention, model-training practices, and available controls depend on the product, account settings, and applicable agreements. See OpenAI's privacy policy. This policy does not replace it.

2. Information you send us for support

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, any name you provide, the message, attachments you send, and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to answer your request, investigate a problem, and manage the correspondence.

Please send only information needed for your question. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, private customer records, or unnecessary health information. We do not need your complete conversation history to answer a general support question.

3. Visits to this privacy-policy page

This page is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, request details, traffic-routing information, and device or browser information to deliver the page and protect the service.

This page contains no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms, or browser-storage code added by Rewire Brains. We do not use it to profile visitors or follow their activity across websites. Infrastructure-level processing is separate from plugin conversations: hosting this page does not give Cloudflare access to your plugin chats through this page.

Cloudflare's handling and retention of service data are governed by its applicable terms and settings. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Who may receive information

• OpenAI: processes your conversations as the platform provider.
• Our email-service provider and authorized support personnel: process support emails so we can answer you.
• Cloudflare: processes technical website traffic to host and protect this page.
• Authorities or professional advisers, where necessary: may receive support records if required by law or needed to address a legal claim.

Rewire Brains does not sell or rent support correspondence, or use it for advertising audiences. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, under their applicable agreements.

5. How long information is kept

Plugin conversations: Rewire Brains keeps no copy through this plugin, so there is no Rewire Brains conversation-retention period. OpenAI's retention rules and your account controls apply to information held by OpenAI.

Support correspondence: We delete plugin support emails from active mailboxes within 12 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for an ongoing dispute. Provider-managed backups may expire on the provider's own schedule.

Website traffic: We do not create an application-level visitor database for this page. Cloudflare's infrastructure data is subject to Cloudflare's retention practices and the services enabled for the deployment.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose what to include in a chat and stop using or uninstall the plugin. Use your OpenAI account controls to manage conversations and make requests concerning information held by OpenAI. Uninstalling the plugin does not by itself delete existing conversations.

For support information held by Rewire Brains, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights depend on your location. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where legally required. We cannot delete information held independently by OpenAI or other providers on your behalf.

7. Quiz, sales-page, and checkout links

The plugin may suggest visiting a quiz, sales page, affiliate page, or checkout. If you follow a link, the destination and its providers handle information under their own privacy notices and settings. Links may contain affiliate or campaign identifiers used by the destination for attribution. The plugin does not submit quiz answers or make purchases for you.

This policy covers the plugin and this policy page. It does not describe every data practice on our other websites, quizzes, checkout services, or affiliate platforms.

8. Security

We limit support-information access to people and providers who need it for the purposes above. No system is completely secure. Avoid including confidential or sensitive information in a prompt or support message when it is not needed.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date if the plugin's data practices change. Connecting a future version to a server, account, or analytics service would require an updated description of the information collected and how it is handled.
